These Child Safety Standards apply to the RedLips Android app
(package com.erroatech.redlips), published on Google Play by
Erroa Technology. They are public, globally accessible, and describe
how we prohibit and respond to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
1. App and publisher
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| App name | RedLips |
| Developer / publisher | Erroa Technology |
| Package name | com.erroatech.redlips |
| Audience | Adults 18 years and older only |
2. What we prohibit
Erroa Technology prohibits all Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on RedLips. That includes, without limitation:
- any sexualised image, video, livestream, drawing, or text of a real or depicted person under 18;
- grooming, soliciting, or attempting to meet a minor for sexual purposes;
- sharing, requesting, or possessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
- sexual extortion, trafficking, or any other exploitation of a child;
- creating an account, profile, or video-call presence if you are under 18, or pretending to be 18 when you are not.
These rules apply to profiles, photos, chat, random video calls, and any other feature of RedLips.
3. Age restriction
RedLips is an 18+ social video chat app. You must be 18 or older to create an account. The app asks for age during profile setup and refuses anyone under 18. If we learn that a user is under 18, we delete the account and related content without notice.
4. Child Safety contact
The designated Child Safety contact for RedLips / Erroa Technology is:
Child Safety team, Erroa Technology
Email: redlipsvideocall@gmail.com
Use this address for any CSAE report, a suspected minor on RedLips, or a request from law enforcement. We aim to review Child Safety reports within 24 hours.
5. How to report
- In the RedLips app: after a video call tap Report, or open a profile and report it. Choose “Appears to be a minor” when that is the reason.
- By email: write to redlipsvideocall@gmail.com with the display name, city, and what you saw. Do not attach suspected CSAM to the email.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first, then tell us.
6. How we respond
- We remove CSAE content as soon as we become aware of it.
- We permanently ban the account that posted or transmitted it.
- We preserve records as required to assist law enforcement.
- Where required by law, we report Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline where applicable.
- We do not return banned accounts or remaining coins or subscription time.
7. In-app tools
RedLips provides in-app reporting after every random video call and on user profiles. Users can also delete their own account at any time from Profile → Delete My Account, or via erroaseed.in/redlips/delete-account.html.
8. Changes
Erroa Technology may update these Child Safety Standards. The date at the top will change. The current version is always at this URL.
