These terms are an agreement between you and Erroa Technology for the use of the RedLips Android
app (package com.erroatech.redlips). By tapping Guest Login you accept
them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
1. Your account
RedLips uses guest sign-in: your account is tied to the app installation on your device rather than to an email address or password.
Please understand what this means. If you uninstall the app, clear its data, or switch to another phone, that link is lost and you get a brand-new empty account. Your profile, matches, chats, coins and any active subscription cannot be recovered, because we have no way to prove the old account was yours. Keep this in mind before buying a subscription.
2. How you must behave
You agree not to:
- appear nude or perform sexual acts on a video call, or send sexual content to anyone;
- harass, threaten, insult, stalk or blackmail another user;
- create an account if you are under 18, or use RedLips to contact a minor;
- create, share, request or possess Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) material, including CSAM, grooming, or any sexual content involving a person under 18 — Erroa Technology has zero tolerance for CSAE on RedLips;
- record another person's video call or share their images without their consent;
- impersonate somebody else, or use photos that are not of you;
- advertise, spam, run scams, or solicit money from other users;
- share content that is illegal, hateful, violent, or promotes self-harm;
- attempt to reverse engineer the app, abuse the API, or manipulate the coin system.
Breaking these rules can get your account suspended or permanently banned, with no refund of coins or subscription time.
3. Safety, reporting and moderation
You can report a user from the screen shown after a video call, and from their profile. Reports go to our moderation team, and we may suspend or ban an account based on them. We can remove content or accounts at our discretion. Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) reports are handled under our Child Safety Standards and are reviewed first.
We do not monitor every live call. You are talking to strangers, so use your judgement: do not share your address, workplace, financial details or identity documents, and end any call that makes you uncomfortable.
4. Coins and random video calls
Random video calls are paid for with in-app coins. Coins have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for money.

We may change coin prices, daily amounts and reward limits to keep the system working and to stop abuse.
5. Subscriptions and payment
Premium is optional and unlocks unlimited likes. Free accounts get a fixed number of likes each day. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never receive or store your card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel from the Razorpay subscription management link sent to you at purchase, or by emailing us at redlipsvideocall@gmail.com, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable for time already used. If you are charged in error, contact us and we will look into it.
6. Advertising
RedLips is free to use and is funded by ads, including banner, full-screen and rewarded video ads supplied by Google AdMob and Unity Ads.
7. Demo profiles
Some profiles in the discovery deck are example accounts created by us rather than real people, so that the app is not empty in areas where it is new. They are labelled DEMO PROFILE on the card, they cannot message you, and liking one does not use up your daily likes.
8. Deleting your account
You can delete your account and all of its data at any time from Profile → Delete My Account in the app, or via erroaseed.in/redlips/delete-account.html. Deletion is permanent.
9. Availability and liability
The app is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will always be available, that calls will always connect, or that you will find a match. To the extent the law allows, Erroa Technology is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, or for the conduct of other users, whether online or if you choose to meet them in person.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change and continuing to use the app means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Patna, Bihar have jurisdiction.
