This policy explains what the RedLips Android app (package com.erroatech.redlips,
published by Erroa Technology) collects, why, where it is stored, and how you can get rid of it.
It describes what the app actually does, not what a template says.
1. Who is responsible
Erroa Technology operates RedLips and the servers behind it. For any privacy question, or to ask for a copy or deletion of your data, contact redlipsvideocall@gmail.com.
2. What we collect and why
Information you give us
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Display name, age, gender | To build your profile and to enforce the 18+ rule and gender preferences. |
| City / country you type in | To show you people nearer to you first. We do not read your GPS or device location. |
| Bio, job, education, interests | Shown on your profile to other users. |
| Photos you upload (up to 6) | Shown on your profile. Stored on our server, not only on your device. |
| Messages you send | Delivered to the person you matched with and stored so the conversation is still there next time you open it. |
| Reports you file about another user | Safety and moderation. |
Information collected automatically
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| A random installation identifier | This is how guest sign-in works. It is generated on your device and is not your phone number, email, or Android advertising ID. |
| IP address and standard server logs | Security, abuse prevention, and diagnosing faults. |
| Coin balance, likes used, call activity | To run the free daily allowance and the coin system. |
| Purchase and subscription records | To give you what you paid for and to handle refunds and disputes. |
| Advertising identifier | Used by our advertising partners to show and measure ads. See section 4. |
| Push notification token | To notify you about matches and messages. |
Camera and microphone
During a random video call, your camera and microphone feed is sent live to the other person so the call can happen. We do not record, store, or review video calls. The permission is used only while a call is on screen. You can revoke it any time in Android settings, though the video call feature will then not work.
3. Where your data is stored
Profiles, photos, messages, coin balances and purchase records are stored on our server at
erroaseed.in, hosted in a commercial data centre. Photos are re-encoded on upload and
served from that same server. Data is kept for as long as your account exists.
4. Third parties in the app
These services receive some data directly from the app. Each has its own privacy policy.
| Service | What it is for | What it can receive |
|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob | Banner, interstitial and rewarded ads | Advertising ID, IP address, device and ad interaction data |
| Unity Ads | Additional ad supply | Advertising ID, IP address, device data |
| OneSignal | Push notifications | Push token, device data |
| Razorpay | Subscription payments | Payment details you enter, handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number. |
| PeerJS signalling | Connecting two people for a video call | A temporary call identifier and your IP address, needed to establish the connection |
We do not sell your personal data.
5. What other users can see
Your name, age, gender, city, job, education, bio, interests and photos are visible to other users in the discovery deck and on your profile. Messages are visible to the person you are chatting with. Please do not put your address, phone number, financial details or other sensitive information in your profile or photos.
6. Demo profiles
To keep the app usable in places where it is still new, some profiles are example accounts created by us rather than real people. These are clearly marked DEMO PROFILE on the card. They cannot message you and they do not count against your daily likes.
7. Deleting your account and data
You can delete everything from inside the app: open Profile and tap Delete My Account. This permanently removes your profile, photos, matches, messages, swipes, coin balance and reports from our server. It cannot be undone.
You can also request deletion at erroaseed.in/redlips/delete-account.html or by emailing redlipsvideocall@gmail.com. We may keep minimal payment records where the law requires it.
8. Your choices
- Reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings under Privacy → Ads.
- Turn off notification permission at any time in Android settings.
- Revoke camera or microphone permission at any time in Android settings.
- Ask us for a copy of your data by email.
9. Children and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
RedLips is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Erroa Technology has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on RedLips, including CSAM, grooming, or any sexual content involving a minor. Such content is removed, the account is banned, and we report it to the authorities where the law requires.
If you believe a minor is using the app, or you see CSAE, report the profile in the app or email the Child Safety team at redlipsvideocall@gmail.com. The full standards are at erroaseed.in/redlips/child-safety.html.
10. Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
