You can permanently delete your RedLips account and everything stored with it. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1 — From inside the app (instant)
- Open the RedLips app.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete My Account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are removed straight away.
Option 2 — By email
If you have already uninstalled the app, email us from any address and tell us the display name and city you used, so we can find the account.
We respond to deletion requests within 30 days.
Deletion is permanent. There is no way to restore an account once it is deleted,
and no way to recover coins or remaining subscription time.

Minimal payment records, where Indian tax and accounting law requires us to keep them. These contain the transaction, not your profile or messages. |
Cancelling a subscription
Deleting your account does not by itself cancel an active subscription billed through Razorpay. Cancel it from the Razorpay management link you received at purchase, or email us and we will cancel it for you.
